Design, Monitoring, and Evaluation

About our Design, Monitoring, & Evaluation (DM&E) Services

LINC’s systems-based DM&E approaches explicitly take into account the complex interactions of the actors and key factors that influence or are impacted by a given development issue. These analyses enable development programs to better understand local actors and measure change at multiple levels of the system over time. Our tools are fit-for-purpose, utilized at multiple stages of the program cycle, including Systems Mapping (such as ONA and other modelling tools), Narrative Generation (such as CDDE and outcome harvesting tools), and indicator-based approaches.

DM&E In Action

In the Democratic Republic of Congo, LINC partners with Mercy Corps on the DFID-funded $57 million IMAGINE project, leading a five-year M&E component tracking social capital and accountability for public utility service provision among local actors engaged by the project. Read more.
