Abe Henry leads LINC’s operations, contracts and compliance efforts. He is an experienced operations, risk management, and financial specialist with expertise in cradle-to-grave contractual negotiation, management, pricing, and compliance for U.S. Government and commercial projects. He has advised and trained organizations around the world on compliance, ethics, operations, pricing, and financial management. Abe has in depth knowledge of U.S.G.-wide, USAID, Department of State, and USDA acquisition and assistance regulations. As well, he has expertise in organizational policy drafting and management. Abe is fluent in Spanish and has international experience in Pakistan, Colombia, Honduras, Guatemala, Mexico, the Dominican Republic, Ethiopia, Sudan, The Netherlands, and the United Kingdom.
Abe received his MS in Foreign Service from Georgetown University and his BA in international relations and Spanish translation from the University of Minnesota, Morris.
