Alicia Bunger, PhD, Analytical Advisor, has expertise in the application of organizational network analysis to complex systems, researching and publishing extensively on utilizing social network methods to examine the inter-organizational dynamics within human service delivery systems. Specifically, her research focuses on partnership complexities, the resulting network structure, and change in networks and dyadic partnerships in response to environmental shifts.
She has a strong foundation in pragmatic research methods, and teaches graduate level courses in program evaluation and implementation research. Dr. Bunger has developed expertise conducting organizational research, working with community partners, designing social network studies, and collecting and analyzing both quantitative and qualitative data. As LINC’s Analytical Advisor she reviews and supports research design, census instrument development, and interpretation of results.
Dr. Bunger publishes and presents extensively on Social Network Analysis, and is a member of the International Network of Social Network Analysts (INSNA).
