Assessing and Informing Teleworking Practices for USAID/Kenya and East Africa

Assessing and Informing Teleworking Practices for USAID/Kenya and East Africa - teleworking kea e1644265440970

LINC has been awarded a task order under the USAID/Kenya and East Africa Evaluations, Assessments, and Analyses IDIQ to assess and inform USAID/Kenya and East Africa teleworking practices.

USAID/Kenya and East Africa transitioned to full-time teleworking in March 2020 in response to COVID-19. As the pandemic continues, the Mission is interested to explore and better understand its teleworking practices and expectations.

The primary purpose of the assessment is to review the past year and a half of telework, determine lessons learned, and provide actionable recommendations to support the Mission with ensuring and increasing Mission-wide efficiency and accountability.

The Assessment will be conducted by LINC and its partner The Cloudburst Group and will be completed by early 2022.
