LINC Awarded the GSA OASIS+ Contract

LINC has been awarded a General Services Administration (GSA) One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services (OASIS+) contract.

The objective of OASIS+ is to provide Government agencies with integrated solutions for a range of service-based requirements on a global basis. The contract scope is organized by domains: groupings of related services covering multiple North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) codes.

As a holder of a GSA OASIS+ Small Business contract, LINC stands ready to provide services to USAID and other U.S. Government Agencies under the broad “Management and Advisory” domain, which covers advisory services and project implementation.

OASIS+ has a five-year base period of performance, from July 2025 to June 2030. The contract allows for an additional option period of five years, which, if executed, would bring the cumulative term of the contract to ten years.

“We are excited about this new contract mechanism,” said LINC’s CEO, Patrick Lohmeyer. “We look forward to continuing to support our U.S. Government clients with the high-quality and innovative services LINC is known for.”

LINC’s partner under OASIS+ is U.S.-based, small business Athena Infonomics.
