The Kosovo Up To Youth project mobilizes and empowers Kosovo’s vulnerable youth – aged 16-24 – to effect positive social change in their communities. The project targets marginalized youth, particularly those under-served by current and past youth-focused initiatives grappling with unaddressed stress and trauma, or who are vulnerable to developing risky behaviors.
