In North Macedonia, LINC worked with the Macedonian Center for International Cooperation to carry out Social Network Analysis (SNA), mapping how local organizations were connected and which groups played influential roles. Just as importantly, we trained local partners to carry out the analysis themselves. Those skills continued beyond the original project, with Macedonian practitioners later sharing them with youth and local organizations in Kosovo. Read more.
