LINC completed a five-year independent evaluation of Paraguay’s T-FAST agricultural trade initiative with Instituto Desarrollo. Through baseline, midterm, and endline studies, we examined whether it was making trade procedures easier, improving food safety and animal and plant health, strengthening cooperation between government and business, and making agricultural trade more efficient and transparent.
