In Paraguay, LINC is conducting an external evaluation of the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA)-funded project, Trade-Facilitating Agricultural Systems and Technology (T-FAST), implemented by International Executive Service Corps (IESC). The independent evaluation consists of three phases: a baseline, which will be done in 2020; a mid-term evaluation, to be conducted by the end of 2021; and a final evaluation to be done in 2023. For the implementation of this project, LINC has partnered with Paraguayan renowned think tank, Instituto Desarrollo (ID).
