LINC’s work in the Philippines has focused on listening to local perspectives and helping organizations work together more effectively. We used broad listening and ethnographic methods to gather input from hundreds of people across the country, and Social Network Analysis to map how local actors in Tublay worked together on water services. We have also supported the Philippines-led COPE initiative, helping organizations across Asia and Latin America strengthen collaboration, shared learning, and practical monitoring and evaluation.
