In the Philippines, LINC worked with USAID to conduct “broad listening” with hundreds of stakeholders in various regions throughout the country. The broad listening approach was designed to capture the diverse experiences and perspectives of citizens throughout the Philippines. Ethnographic techniques were combined with systemic analytical approaches to formulate findings, prioritize needs, and identify leverage points to inform ongoing and future assistance strategies.
Additionally, LINC serves as a core resource partner to the Community of Practice for Effective Partnership (COPE), led by the Philippines-based Gerry Roxas Foundation. LINC provides training, technical assistance, and capacity-strengthening on systems thinking, collective action, communities of practice, and monitoring and evaluation to Asian and Latin American organizations.
