In South Africa, LINC worked in partnership with Johns Hopkins University (JHU) and Global Knowledge Initiatives (GKI) to carry out an evaluation of the USAID-funded Albertina Sisulu Executive Leadership Programme in Health (ASELPH). The evaluation assessed how well the program has equipped participants with new skills and resources to positively impact South Africa’s health system. To this end, LINC conducted a Social Network Analysis to measure the extent to which the program also facilitated networking and information sharing among participants post-graduation.
