In Central Asia, LINC helped people working in civil society build practical skills for understanding change, learning from results, and adjusting their work. Through a region-wide course, participants learned methods including Outcome Harvesting, Social Network Analysis, and Most Significant Change—tools for identifying important results, understanding relationships, and learning from experience when change is difficult to predict. The initiative was regional rather than focused on any one country. Read more.
