Uganda

In Uganda, LINC launched an “Action Learning Group” (ALG) to bring together a diverse group of local stakeholders, including local CSOs, international NGOs, donors, government officials and the private sector, interested in collectively identifying and acting on opportunities to improve local financial sustainability and reduce dependence on international donors. LINC also conducted an analysis of Uganda’s health system utilizing systems mapping techniques to identify system-wide drivers, highlight leverage points, and provide strategic recommendations to USAID Uganda. The work was conducted under the USAID-funded SPACES project in partnership with Johns Hopkins University. Read more.
