Imal Oxus, Project Manager, has over 13 years of program development, project management, resource development, capacity building, monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL), and research experience working with USAID-funded programs in Afghanistan and in the United States. Prior to joining LINC, Imal worked with Panagora Group supporting the USAID MEL Platform in Indonesia. During his time at AECOM, Imal managed institutional strengthening development efforts under the USAID-funded Stabilization in Key Areas (SIKA) East program in Afghanistan.
Imal holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Kabul University in Afghanistan and a master’s degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Project Management from the Indian School of Business Management and Administration in India. Imal is a native Pashto and Farsi speaker.
