Matthew Patten, Program Coordinator, oversees LINC’s implementation and backstopping of several diverse development programs such as SPACES and the Up to Youth Program in Kosovo.
Matthew’s thematic interests lie at the intersection of human rights advocacy and international organizations. Matt comes to LINC after two years of program development and management experience as a Program Associate for Meridian International Center in Washington DC. There he managed the logistical and programmatic details behind over 30 International Visitor Leadership Program exchanges for the Department of State’s Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs.
Matt brings language skills in French and has lived and studied in Brussels, Belgium. Matt graduated with a BA in International Studies with focuses in U.S. foreign policy, conflict resolution, and international organizations from American University.
