2025-2028 | Ethiopia
Acacia Global Consulting, owned by LINC, in consortium with Triple Line Consulting is implementing the Ethiopia AgDev MLE Anchor Partnership project. This three-year Gates Foundation-funded project is working to strengthen evidence generation, sharing, and utilization across the Gates Foundation’s Agricultural Development (AgDev) portfolio in Ethiopia. The project is designed to deliver timely, decision-ready insights that support learning and adaptive management, helping the Foundation’s country strategy to remain responsive as contextual, market, and implementation realities evolve.
Working with the Gates Foundation and more than twenty of its grantees, our project team supports indicator refinement and harmonization, development of data systems and dashboards, testing and updating theories of action, portfolio-wide learning agendas, and the strategic use of evidence. Building upon previous investments, this work will help to set a new standard for country-level strategy, monitoring, evaluation and learning for agricultural development programming in Ethiopia.
