LINC was recently awarded the USAID/Kenya and East Africa Evaluation, Assessments, and Analyses (KEA-EAA) Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract.
As a holder of the KEA-EAA IDIQ, LINC’s team is prepared to design and conduct evaluations, sector studies, assessments, and analyses; develop knowledge management tools, and conduct trainings in partnership with USAID missions and partners throughout Kenya and the East Africa region.
LINC’s partners for the KEA-EAA IDIQ are Advantech Consulting Ltd (Advantech), the Cloudburst Group (Cloudburst), and ICF Macro (ICF), in addition to an IDIQ-level resource partner, the University of Nairobi Enterprise and Services Ltd. (UNES), which has the capability to leverage over 1,500 multidisciplinary specialists across academic departments and institutions.
