LINC has been awarded the Active Community – Effective States (ACES) Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract by USAID’s Center of Excellence on Democracy, Rights, and Governance (DRG).
Through the ACES IDIQ, LINC will support USAID Missions and Operating Units, and USAID’s many host-country partners, with technical assistance and advisory services, training, and direct program implementation in diverse DRG sectors including Good Governance and Anti-Corruption, Strengthening the Legislative Function/Legal Framework, Decentralization and Local Governance, Rule of Law and Security Sector Reform, and-Strengthening Oversight Mechanisms.
LINC’s consortium for this IDIQ includes an exceptional team of experienced DRG implementers, including the American Bar Association Rule of Law Initiative (ABA ROLI), International Business and Technical Consultants (IBTCI), Nathan Associates, Pact, and Adapt.
The IDIQ has an overall ceiling of $225 million with a 7-year performance period (2021-2028) and a 5-year ordering period (2021-2026).
