About the Assessment
USAID/Kenya and East Africa transitioned to full-time teleworking in March 2020 in response to COVID-19. As the pandemic continues, the Mission is interested to explore and better understand its teleworking practices and expectations.
Through this assessment, LINC and its partner, The Cloudburst Group, reviewed the past year and a half of telework, determine lessons learned, and provide actionable recommendations to support the Mission by ensuring and increasing Mission-wide efficiency and accountability.
The Assessment was completed by early 2022.
