About the KEA-EAA IDIQ
Managing one of the largest USAID regional portfolios, the USAID Kenya and East Africa (USAID/KEA) Mission is supporting the regional and country-level partners and stakeholders in the Journey to Self-Reliance. Projects and activities within the USAID/KEA portfolio cut across sectors and coalesce around the vision of an integrated, prosperous, and resilient East Africa.
The Kenya and East Africa Evaluations, Assessments, and Analyses (KEA EAA) Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract presents an opportunity for the USAID/KEA Mission, its implementing partners (IP), and key local stakeholders to take stock of the ongoing activities through evaluation and analytical support services.
Learning from the evaluations, assessments, and analyses can inform adaptive management of ongoing activities and design of new activities and projects based on evidence, ensure responsiveness to local needs, as well as inform overall policy and strategy at the Mission level.
LINC leads an exemplary consortium of strategic international and local partners with proven, complementary evaluation and learning capabilities across the program cycle and past performance across the KEA countries. Our strategic partners include Advantech Consulting Ltd. (Advantech), The Cloudburst Group (Cloudburst), and ICF Macro (ICF). Additionally, the University of Nairobi Enterprise and Services LTD (UNES) is a much-valued resource partner.
The KEA-EAA IDIQ mechanism was awarded in 2020 with a five-year buy in period, and its implementation is funded through task orders issued on a rolling basis.
